4:00 a.m. Sunday, I was pacing the kitchen, with a 5-shot iced shaken espresso in one hand and my phone in the other, recording voice notes and trying to get my brain to shut up. The worry and the stress don’t care what time it is; if you own a business, you know what I mean.
Weekends become the time you use to catch what slipped during the week, fix what’s broken, plan the next move, and think three steps ahead so you’re not cleaning up a mess later.
ADHD makes all of this louder and harder to navigate.
We`re all navigating hard sh*t, and I, for one, am not going to pretend I have everything together.
It`s time to normalize the hard stuff.
